Porn Impact Assessment

This assessment will show you the impact of pornography on you and your life.

Total Privacy: Everything is completely anonymous if you choose. I'll only see your results if you want me to (and absolutely nobody else will ever see them either way).

The assessment is divided into 3 sections:

  1. Level of porn use - the amount of porn exposure and stimulation you've had so far.
  2. Urge to use porn - your compulsion to use porn and difficulty controlling that use.
  3. Consequences of porn use - the negative effects of your porn use on various areas of your life.
Instructions
For each question, select the answer(s) that most closely reflect your usual behaviour and experiences lately (be completely honest with yourself). You can also add any extra notes if you like.

Note: If you've already stopped using porn, please answer all questions to reflect your situation right before quitting.

All questions are optional, but the more detail you provide, the more you will get out of this tool.

This assessment will take no more than 5 - 10 minutes.

When you're all done, hit "get my results" to get all your answers emailed to you. Super simple eh? Let’s get into it!
